Angie's List uses auditing firm to verify impartiality

Many websites that post business reviews also depend on advertising revenue, which can lead to allegations of bias. Angie's List has attempted to solve this problem by employing an independent auditor to certify its review process. In a recent release, auditing firm BPA Worldwide said it had "found no variation in the processing or handling of member feedback for all service providers."
