CIA professors release pasta-centric cookbook

Gianni Scappin and Alberto Vanoli, CIA professors and Italian culinary experts, recently produced a cookbook focused on traditional pasta dishes that cooks of any skill level could create. "Italian cooking is most of the time a little bit of this and a little bit of that," Scappin said. "For the most complicated recipes, take your time or have friends over and take the recipes as a project, where over a glass of wine or two, it becomes fun and will fill the entire evening, almost like a club, where once in while you invite people over and everybody cooks."
