Double amputee triathlete bikes across the country

Hector Picard, who lost his arms in a work accident 21 years ago, completed his 75th triathlon last month and has embarked on a cross-country bicycle trek to raise money for a 1-year-old boy who needs prosthetic arms. On his way from Miami to Spokane, Wash., Picard stopped at the Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis to accept donations and provide a motivational talk to staff members.
