Editorial: Court should fix Obama's overreach on recess appointments

The Supreme Court's decision to review a case involving President Barack Obama's 2012 recess appointments brings an opportunity to remind Obama of the limits on his power, writes the Wall Street Journal editorial board. The appointments were unlawful because the Senate was not in recess at the time, the editorial argues. "This is a chance to rein in a lawless executive poaching on the powers of Congress," the editorial says.
