As workdays become longer for media and tech workers, more employers are offering full bars and beer fridges for workers who stay late. The perk helps attract talent, keeps workers on the job longer and helps relax employees, companies say. Legal experts, however, express concern about problems associated with imbibing too much alcohol, such as sexual harassment.
