N.J. district could adopt policy prohibiting peanuts

Facing an increase in the number of students with allergies to peanuts, a New Jersey school district is considering a policy that would prohibit students from bringing food for lunch or special occasions that contain peanuts. The district already does not include peanuts in school meals and has designated peanut-free tables for students.
