Analysts: Too early to say whether U.S. home prices have hit bottom

Based on mixed messages drawn from the latest Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller home-price index, it isn't clear yet whether house prices in the U.S. have any further to fall, analysts said. Prices in 20 cities rose 0.7% in April, the first increase since July 2010, but when adjusted for seasonal factors, prices fell 0.1%.
