Government seeks to ditch lengthy questionnaires

Come September, the Office of Personnel Management plans to ask government agencies to stop requiring applicants to fill out the lengthy knowledge, skills and abilities questionnaires. Critics of the KSAs say they discourage applicants and aren't necessary.
