Integra LifeSciences to buy Kinetikos Medical

Medical device maker Integra LifeSciences Holdings announced it will buy Kinetikos Medical, which makes surgical devices and orthopedic implants, for about $40 million in cash. The acquisition should be completed in the third quarter, according to Integra.
