Taco Cabana's new dish honors Mexican cheese

Taco Cabana's latest limited-time menu item weds a popular U.S. favorite with a cheese from Mexico. The chain is making the new Chicken Fajita Skillets with Queso Oaxaca, also known as asadero cheese, a smooth cheese with a texture that makes it just right for melting in dishes such as quesadillas, the chain says.
