U.K. to ease pet passport regulations

The U.K. government is relaxing its pet passport regulations to make it easier for animal owners to bring their animals on holidays abroad by removing blood test requirements. The new rules, which will go into effect in January, will only require animals traveling across Europe to be vaccinated within 21 days before returning to the country.
