Omnicom Group's Uproar, Dallas, which developed the campaign for the spinoff toys from the new "Transformers" movie, has made a business out of child's play, by creating campaigns for toys and games, including Hasbro, Topps and Konami. "We're an advertising, promotion and marketing agency that is solely focused on kids, tweens, teens and their inter-relationships with their parents," said chief executive Bob Chimbel.
