Columnist: Arguments against marriage equality "intellectually flabby"

Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin deconstructs the anti-marriage equality arguments of Jim DeMint, head of the Heritage Foundation, a leading conservative think tank. DeMint said this weekend that marriage equality offends the dignity of those who oppose it for religious or moral reasons. "[H]e better come up with more persuasive reasons if he wants those states to stop expanding the definition of marriage," Rubin writes.
