Survey: New Zealand's teachers report problematic student behaviour

In a recent survey of secondary-school teachers in New Zealand, about half at low-decile schools say they feel unsafe at school and about 60% say bad behaviour by students has disrupted their lessons. The survey showed that the lower the decile of the school, the more problems were reported by teachers.
