Weekly yoga class may reduce back pain, study suggests

A study from Boston Medical Center finds that one yoga class each week may be enough to reduce lower-back pain, which may make the treatment easier for people to afford. The research, which compared one yoga class with two classes a week, is reported in the journal Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
