Employers find HSAs a hard sell to workers

As employers turn to health savings accounts to cut health insurance costs, some are finding the transition to be a challenge as workers need help understanding the unfamiliar system. One owner of an auto transmission company says the shift has been greeted with about 80% acceptance and 20% resistance, with some employees complaining about their substantially higher health care costs.
