Nurse study: Healthy living cuts sudden cardiac risk 92%

Data from the Nurses' Healthy Study indicate that women's risk of sudden cardiac death dropped by 92% with a combination of four healthy lifestyles: subscribing to a Mediterranean diet, not smoking, exercising and maintaining a healthy weight. The findings were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
