PCMH, ACO projects in Cincinnati show early success

Short-term results from patient-centered medical home and accountable care organization projects in the Cincinnati area show they are helping to improve patient care and lower costs. Mercy Health's ACO, which includes 35 PCMHs, is expected to show an almost 50% reduction in hospital admissions and a 35% drop in readmissions.
