Parts makers announce layoffs amid slow auto sales

The downturn in the automotive sector is causing mass layoffs at parts makers, including some that also manufacture for OPE. Mahle plans to cut 120 jobs at its plant in Tilbury, Ontario, while Dana Corp. says it will lay off 95 workers at its factory in Toledo, Ohio.
