Inbound leads aren't bound to buy from you

Facebook, Twitter and your company blog may be generating new leads for your business, but experts say it's easy to lose the sale if you don't respond properly. "[Y]ou can't assume you have any more of a relationship with an inbound lead than you do with someone you cold call," said sales expert Ari Galper. That means following up quickly, learning their true needs and suggesting additional resources they may find useful.
