Neb. state employees are filling ranks of wellness program

More than 30% of Nebraska state employees receiving health insurance benefits participate in a wellness program created to reduce medical costs and increase productivity. State officials say enrollment is increasing in the program, which began in 2009 and is coupled with healthy living educational programs for employees and spouses.
