It's OK for new college graduates to admit they're inexperienced when it comes to the job market, talent consultant Robert Hatta writes in this blog post. To gain experience, Hatta advises job seekers to find a good mentor and be willing to do anything. "Remember that you are clueless. Most of the work you'll be doing will not be sexy. But it will matter. You will learn and before you know it, you won't be so clueless anymore," Hatta advises.
