Back study supports use of full- or limited-range exercise

Full range-of-motion exercises and limited range-of-motion exercises may yield similar pain relief outcomes for patients with nonspecific lower back pain, according to a study in the journal Spine. Researchers said either method effectively reduced pain and aided full range-of-motion lumbar extension.
