Most ACOs use remote monitoring despite integration issues

A Spyglass Consulting Group study found that although 71% of participating health care organizations reported concerns about incorporating remote patient-monitoring tools into existing clinical IT systems and clinical care processes, 55% said they have adopted or were considering implementing the technology. The study was based on more than 100 in-depth interviews with health care groups, most of which were accountable care organizations or were working to become ACOs.
