Effort to improve school nutrition falls flat in U.K.

Four out of 10 U.K. high school students eat school-cooked meals, a study by the Local Authorities Caterers Association revealed. Although some blame the low numbers on celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's efforts to improve school food quality, others point to recent changes in government regulations.
