Verizon Business aids companies in patching security holes

Verizon Business has begun a security program for enterprise customers, saying its research shows that attacks on business-application layers affected 79% of corporate records last year. After scanning companies' systems for risks, Verizon Business offers a report and series of recommendations aimed at patching their security holes, after which the company offers clients the choice of using Verizon's certification program.
