DuPont upgrades maintenance after federal probe of 2010 leaks

DuPont has improved its maintenance, safety, and inspection system for hoses after a federal probe blamed a faulty alarm system for three leaks last year that killed one person at a West Virginia chemical plant. The U.S. Chemical Safety Board recommended upgraded computers that can accurately track maintenance, as well as revamped emergency procedures for employees.
