EPA's climate rules are putting a lid on U.S. economic recovery, analyst says

The Obama administration's climate policies are causing an undue delay in the country's economic recovery as the oil and gas industry struggles to cope with the Environmental Protection Agency's restrictive air-pollution regulations, writes Robert L. Bradley Jr., founder and CEO of the Institute for Energy Research. "The EPA, in its single-minded crusade to 'fight' global warming, is trying to regulate greenhouse gases by proxy," Bradley writes.
