Shula Burger banks on famous name, football strategy

Former Dolphins coach Don Shula's fame and football experience stood him in good stead when he turned his talents to the restaurant industry, building a chain of steakhouses and, more recently, launching a fast-casual concept called Shula Burger in South Florida. "You have to have that teamwork to put it all together," he said. "You have to have the owner, you have to have the coaches, you have to have the players, and then the fans are your customers."
