Coke pitches fitness to students

Coca-Cola is spending $4 million to encourage students in secondary schools to lead healthy lifestyles, offering posters of professional athletes and exercise competitions for students. The company says the campaign is part of its efforts to encourage healthy living among children, but critics claim it's a backdoor way to market soft drinks.
