Rural New Hampshirites to benefit from advanced telehealth network

New Hampshire is opening new avenues to health care for its roughly 500,000 rural residents, thanks to a $24.6 million federal grant dedicated to expanding the state's telehealth network. The New England Telehealth Consortium, which began network building in May 2012, expects to host 400 hospitals and clinics by the end of the year.
