Apple is drawing flak after Consumer Reports found flaws in its iPhone 4, and there have been calls for the company to issue a recall. That's probably not necessary, but Steve Jobs needs to seize control of the situation and talk directly and frankly to his customers, perhaps with another one of his famous open letters, writes Jay Yarow. "Steve Jobs has incredible powers of persuasion," Yarow writes. "Apple should have done this from day one."
