SHRM polls members about types of benefits offerings

The Society for Human Resource Management polled its members and found that more than half said the economy had taken a toll on benefit offerings at their companies recently. However, 94% of respondents cited dental coverage as a voluntary option or one that could include out-of-pocket costs on the part of workers.
