Starbucks, Caribou add to their food menus

Coffee chains Starbucks and Caribou Coffee are continuing to build momentum for the food side of the menu. This week, Starbucks announced a line of "bistro boxes" designed to provide meal and snack options throughout the day, and Caribou has been expanding beyond the morning focus of its food menu with new lunch-time offerings.
