ESPN uses Van Pelt to pitch upfront buyers

ESPN's ad-sales group has produced a series of humorous videos starring anchor Scott Van Pelt to get ad agency media buyers to consider ESPN properties during this summer's upfront. In one of the videos, which reside on a microsite for buyers, Van Pelt urges media execs to "put all your money into the 'Scott Van Pelt Show' on ESPN Radio. Your boss may not dig that, but my Mom will ... It's a great show. I can sell stuff. Don't worry."
