Lifetime Brands taps external inventors for new product ideas

Houseware and dinnerware company Lifetime Brands’ Open Innovation program looks for new product ideas from independent inventors outside the company. Lifetime introduces thousands of new products every year and has used the program to find gadgets for a variety of tasks including more effectively marinating foods and a packet system to extend the life of fruits and vegetables.
