Yahoo documents should be declassified, FISA court says

Documents that show Yahoo opposed the U.S. government's attempts to secure private data -- objections that were overruled -- should be declassified, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court has determined. Yahoo says the documents will show that it resisted the government's measures four years ago. The company is one of several undertaking such measures to allay concerns about data sharing with intelligence agencies.
