Michigan HOAs rebuild after tornado

Residents in Dexter, Mich., are rebuilding four months after a tornado damaged hundreds of homes and businesses, totaling more than $9.1 million in losses. HOAs are hosting celebrations for rebuilt homes and seeking more tornado sirens to ensure that residents have enough time to react to future storms.
