Casual eateries and convenience stores see biggest recovery boost

Consumers are dining out more often than they did a year ago, offering eateries hope for an economic recovery, according to a report from AlixPartners. Convenience stores saw the biggest increase in dining-out frequency, followed by casual chains, including Cheesecake Factory, Applebee's and Olive Garden, which saw a 2% increase in customer visits.
