AT&T, SiriusXM will bring telematics to Nissan cars

AT&T has joined with SiriusXM Radio to bring mobile-based applications to Nissan cars in North America. AT&T will build the wireless links for SiriusXM's telematics system that has so far provided services for emergencies and stolen-vehicle tracking. SiriusXM plans to bring more consumer-oriented features to cars by way of its own satellite network and AT&T's cellular links.
