Cheerios, for its first spot since an ad featuring an interracial family was beset by racial comments online, has created a more traditional, heart-tugging ad for TV and YouTube, Tim Nudd writes. "Everything is designed to be intimate and personal -- and in that narrowing, the brand achieves the universal," Nudd writes.
