Consortium buys e-trading software operation from Goldman

Goldman Sachs has agreed to sell a majority stake of REDI, the firm's electronic trading software business, to a group of investors, the bank announced. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citadel and Lightyear Capital are all part of the purchasing consortium, according to Goldman.
