Facebook has added the engineering and tech staff of the software verification and analysis company Monoidics, and acquired some of the U.K. developer's assets as well. Facebook will "apply the Monoidics automatic formal verification and analysis software to its mobile development process to scan for bugs," Josh Constine writes. In addition, Facebook published a guide for developers on how to deal with monetizing applications in various local currencies around the globe. The tutorial comes in advance of a Facebook mandate to convert Facebook Credits to local currency starting Sept. 12.
