How to explain your reasons for leaving a job

If an interviewer asks why you would want to leave your current job, don't badmouth your employer but explain you're looking for career advancement, writes Chrissy Scivicque, founder of EatYourCareer.com. "Always let your interviewer know that you really did everything in your power to make it work with your current employer. You've taken on additional responsibilities, sought out new challenges, advanced as far as you can, etc.," she writes.
