UN works to mitigate climate change impact on oceans, food security

Warmer water and acidification of the world's oceans are affecting food security for the one-sixth of the world population who rely on fish and shellfish for protein. The United Nations is working to find ways ways to offset this impact. "Ultimately, we cannot slow down ocean acidification without cutting emissions," says Andrew Hudson of the UN Development Programme.
