YouTube sued for copyright infringement

Freelance reporter Robert Tur has filed suit against YouTube Inc., alleging the video-sharing site posted and circulated without permission his footage of the 1992 Los Angeles riots and the 1994 freeway chase of O.J. Simpson. YouTube said it would "work with Mr. Tur, as we work with all copyright owners, to remove any unauthorized works from our site," according to a spokeswoman.
