Ace the interview by getting to know the interviewer

Job seekers should use Google or LinkedIn to read up on the person who will be interviewing them for a new job, writes CareerTrax founder David Jensen. They should practice meeting and talking with the interviewer about their experience to build confidence, and work on delivering a job talk, spending a few minutes each day visualizing the meeting going well, he suggests. "In order to be the 'real you,' you'll need to be confident and relaxed. That's what takes so much mental preparation," he writes.
