Chase has released an iPad-customized version of its My New Home application. New features include more on financing homes and local listing information as well as access to a branded YouTube channel. "It starts with what do customers want, and they tend to be on the Internet and using apps," says Lisa Foradori, Chase Mortgage head of marketing and product.
