Travel agents who witnessed the return of Grandeur of the Seas to Baltimore last week reaffirmed their support for the vessel and its operator, Royal Caribbean. The cruise line's swift and transparent handling of the May 27 fire aboard the Grandeur left a positive impression on passengers and agents. "They felt the company took care of them. One of the reasons we haven't heard so much about Grandeur is [Royal Caribbean] took care of everything and that was the end of the news about it," said Cathy Johnson of AAA Mid-Atlantic.
