Policy changes at Princess Cruises seek to address agent requests

The latest amendments to Princess Cruises' sales and pricing policies were implemented in response to feedback from travel agents and are intended to strengthen agents' ability to close a sale, says Brian O'Connor, Princess Cruises' vice president of sales for North America. The changes include granting agents the option to offer onboard credits of as much as 10% of the ticket price and extending the period in which passengers on an ongoing voyage can avail themselves of booking incentives for future cruises.
